Cali’s underground rap phenomenon just dropped a mixtape/album for download on his myspace. Most of ya’ll should know who this guy is by now. If you don’t, you really should pick up a copy of any one of the projects he’d dropped in the past 2 years. Although I would recommend you pick up Below The Heavens first, since it is, in my humble opinion, a post 2000 hip hop classic.
